VERNON HILLS, Ill. (WLS) -- Two suburban toy companies are again taking the Trump administration to court, over tariffs.
President Donald Trump announced new tariffs this week on trading partners, alleging forced labor violations.
Vernon Hills-based Learning Resources and Hand to Mind have filed a lawsuit.
Learning Resources is a family-owned business that has been selling educational toys for decades. Most come from China. When President Trump imposed sweeping tariffs last year, the company decided to fight back.
The Supreme Court ruled in the companies' favor when they sued.
Learning Resources recently got back more than $10 million.
