The Cubs have activated infielder Matt Duffy and relievers Brandon Workman and Dan Winkler from the COVID-19-related injured list.
The Red Sox placed Shane Victorino on the 15-day DL with a strained right hamstring on Saturday and recalled outfielder Daniel Nava from Triple-A Pawtucket.
