Tropical Storm Bertha is churning toward a second landfall in Texas after grazing southern Louisiana.
Bertha is forecast to make landfall Wednesday night southeast of New Orleans, with wind as the biggest threat, according to Michael Buchanan, a National Weather Service meteorologist.
Tropical Storm Bertha has strengthened in the Gulf of Mexico and is moving toward the Florida Panhandle and Alabama, causing a tropical storm warning and storm surge watches.
Tropical Storm Arthur has formed in the Gulf near the middle Texas coast, according to the National Weather Service.
