Bulls' Patrick Williams, Lonzo Ball to miss at least a week

Bulls forward Patrick Williams will miss at least the next week as the team waits for inflammation in his surgically repaired foot to calm down. Chicago will also be without guard Lonzo Ball (wrist) for at least another week.
