Love on the Lawn and BoricuaFest hosting joint event in Elgin

ELGIN, Ill. (WLS) -- More than 10,000 people are set to gather in Elgin for the fifth annual Love on the Lawn.

For the first time ever, the festival is teaming up with Boricuafest, after last month's celebration was canceled due to weather.

This year's headliners include Mya, Phimon Lee and several Chicago D-J's in this blended cultural event.

Love on the Lawn Founder Mike Page and Boricuafest board member Linda Ramirez joined ABC7 to talk about the event.

It's happening at Festival Park, 132 Grove Avenue in Elgin.
