Jeep Wrangler 2016 to be more fuel efficient

Jeep is changing its Wrangler model to improve fuel efficiency.

The Wrangler remains one of the smallest SUVs on the market, but the current Wrangler gets only 17 miles per gallon in the city and 21 on the highway.

To improve gas mileage for 2017, Jeep is considering a lighter body, more transmission gears and a smaller engine.
