BBB: How to avoid falling victim to scams

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Scammers have come up with ways to con people out of things just about everywhere, including at their front doors.

Steve Bernas from the Better Business Bureau shared ways people can protect themselves from door-to-door scams, disaster relief scams and foreign lottery scams.
