Employers have hundreds of jobs to fill and are looking for the right fit.

"It is a great opportunity to meet corporations from different industries and talk directly and showcase your skills, do your resume, and do onsite interviews for onsite positions," Alba Arranda, executive director, National Latino Education Institute, said.

"We have a variety of open positions medical positions," Emilee Gabrielson, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, said. "We have a stack of resumes to take back to the office."

NLEI says what is unique about this job fare is that corporations come ready to hire.
