Forbes is out with its annual "World's Most Powerful People" list.

Russian President Vladimir Putin takes the number one spot for the second year in a row above President Obama. The top five on the list remain the same as 2013, with Pope Francis at number four and German Chancellor Angela Merkel at number five.

President Obama comes in second out of a list of 72 world leaders.
