100 Club of Chicago hosts 5th Annual Family Day

BROOKFIELD, Ill. (WLS) -- Sunday was a special afternoon out at Brookfield Zoo as the 100 Club of Chicago hosted its 5th Annual Family Day.

The day honors families of fallen police officers and firefighters.

The families were honored with an opening procession and free admission to the zoo.

Family members of the 262 families served by the 100 Club of Chicago over the past 50 years were invited to the event.
