Avery*Sunshine performs new single

CHICAGO -- Singer-songwriter Avery*Sunshine stopped by "Windy City LIVE" to perform her new single, "Come Do Nothing," alongside her husband. The soul songstress began performing at the age of 7 and has since been recognized as Best New Artist at the Reader's Choice Awards in 2010. She has also been recognized by JET Magazine as one of their 5 Rising Indie Artists. Her new single is from an upcoming album set to be released in February 2017.

Avery*Sunshine will be performing at the eighth annual Celebration of Giving Benefit Gala for the Calahan Foundation on Saturday, December 3 at the UIC Forum. The Calahan Foundation was created in 2009 by the Calahan Funeral Home to provide guidance and support to at-risk Chicago youth.
