Globe Theater actors perform 'Hamlet' in Chicago

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Players from Shakespeare's Globe Theater in London are on a two-year world tour to more than 200 countries, and on Monday night they performed in Chicago.

Chicago is one of only three stops in the U.S. for this Globe-to-Globe production of Hamlet. Two more performances at the Chicago Shakespeare Theater are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday.

The tour launched in London on Shakespeare's 450th birthday this past spring.
