More "Hamilton" tickets go on sale

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Broadway hit "Hamilton" will open in Chicago on Tuesday.

Coinciding with the show's opening, a new block of tickets will be released at 10 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

Those tickets are for performances that start March 21 and run through September 17 of next year.

Tickets may be bought online at Broadway in Chicago or Ticketmaster or at the Private Bank Theater's box office.

"Hamilton" creator Lin-Manual Miranda received an award from the National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture in Humboldt Park last week.
