CHICAGO (WLS) --Have you ever gotten into an argument with your friends about who has the best pizza in the Chicago area?
Well, our Hungry Hound Steve Dolinsky is aiming to put that debate to rest with a methodical survey of local pizzerias - in his epic PIZZA QUEST.

WHY? "The roots of the experiment were not unlike my legendary Italian Beef Quest from earlier this spring... In Chicagoland (city and suburbs) there are multiple styles of pizza - tavern, thin, deep, etc. - not to mention the more recent wave of Neapolitan-style pizzaiolos, all trying to out-do each other with their igloo-shaped brick ovens and bufala mozz. I knew this list was going to be a little longer than 31, but I had no idea I'd be sampling pizzas #75 and #76 into October."
