Mystery tipper leaves $10,000 tip at New Orleans restaurant

NEW ORLEANS (WLS) -- A mystery tipper known for leaving large tips at restaurants around the country visited Galatoire's restaurant in New Orleans Saturday.

The customer racked up a $9,000 bill and left an even-larger $10,000 tip.

The photo was posted under the Instagram account name "Tips for Jesus," which has posted photos of hefty tips left around the country.

Galatoire's said it does not discuss payment information or retain employees' gratuity.
