Lake Erie Ice
It was so cold in the northeast that the waves froze on Lake Erie.

Mother nature is using the cold temperatures to create some cool sights on Lake Erie.

These ice sculptures are along the lakefront in Cleveland, Ohio.

Arctic air is blowing across the lake, which isn't completely frozen over, creating the sculptures.

While the ice is beginning to melt, it is still luring plenty of photographers into the cold and wind to get their own shots.
