"The Shred Power Cleanse" is a two-week detox program helping your body "hit the reset button" to lose weight, lower blood-pressure and lower cholesterol. Dr. Smith's power cleanse is unique, because it does not exclusively feature drinks; it also incorporates salads, soups, snacks and more. The new book comes with more than 50 recipes to try at home.
