Family claims discrimination after being kicked off flight
An Arab-American family of five says they were discriminated against after being kicked off a flight at O'Hare International Airport.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- An Arab-American family of five says they were discriminated against after being kicked off a flight at O'Hare International Airport.

The family says it all began Sunday when they inquired about five-point harnesses for their children. But the flight attendant told them she didn't know what they were talking about.

All of sudden, they were asked to get off the plane, the family said.

The mother, Amy Saad Shebly, took videos of the incident and posted them on her Facebook page.

In a statement United Airlines says the family was rebooked on a later flight and that their child's safety seat did not comply with federal safety regulations.
