Chicago's new Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson talks to Ryan and Val on ending the city's epidemic of gun violence.

Supt. Johnson opens up about his own time as a beat officer and allegations of racism with the Chicago Police Department.

The City of Chicago has a challenge for every resident on every block. On Friday, they want people to participate in Put The Guns Down.

This is the city's third annual challenge to end the gun violence.

Deputy Chief Eric Washington talked more about the challenge with Ryan and Val.
