Boy charged in fatal shooting of 16-year-old in Bridgeport

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A male juvenile has been charged in the fatal shooting a 16-year-old boy last Friday in the Bridgeport neighborhood.

The victim, Christian Bandemer, was shot in the chest inside a home in the 3500-block of South Parnell at approximately 11:37 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The juvenile is scheduled to appear in bond court on Sunday on the charge of first degree murder.
