NILES, Ill. (WLS) -- Two drivers in Niles helped a group of ducklings cross the road when they saw them running about Tuesday morning.

Duane Tornquist took video of a man jumping out of his car when he spotted the brood near Dempster and Greenwood in Niles. Another motorist got out and joined him in helping herd the ducklings back into a grassy area.

Tornquist says everyone made it safely across the road.
