Some seniors having problems accessing Social Security accounts online

Seniors across the U.S. are unable to access their Social Security accounts online because of a security measure.

This week, the Social Security website started requiring users to enter a code along with their username and password. That code is sent via text message.

The problem is, many seniors don't have cell phones.

The government admits that it's an issue, but they currently don't have any solution.
