CHICAGO -- ABC7 Traffic Anchor and breast cancer survivor, Roz Varon, stopped by to raise awareness about breast cancer and share her personal story.

Roz Varon found out she had a lump in 2006 while vacationing with her family. Since sharing her story on Windy City LIVE three years ago, after seven years of being cancer free, her doctors found a new breast cancer in its earliest stages, and her second journey with cancer had begun. Roz had a lumpectomy, followed by radiation, and was once again in full remission.

In the 10 years since her diagnosis, Roz has been open about her health and much has been documented on the air.

Roz recently had an article about being a breast cancer survivor from a Jewish perspective published.
