CHICAGO (WLS) -- The I-Team has uncovered another woman who asked the court for an order of protection against the gunman who shot and killed a woman last Friday at the Nordstrom store in Chicago.

A former girlfriend of Marcus Dee unsuccessfully sought that order in 2007 after suspecting Dee broke into her apartment and sole a safe containing cash.

Last Friday, Dee shot his ex-girlfriend Nadia Ezaldein and then turned the gun on himself. Ezaldein died a day later.

Ezaldein's sister says Dee was abusive.
