Bike thieves caught on video on Near West Side

CHICAGO -- Police are searching for thieves that were caught on camera stealing two bikes on the Near West Side.
In the video, you can see sparks flying up as the thieves use a grinder to break the first bike lock. It's over in just seconds and the thieves ride away.
They return four hours later again using a grinder to break the lock on the second bike.
The theft happened Tuesday night near Congress and Clinton.
The bikes were reportedly worth more than $800.
