Boy, 16, fatally shot in South Shore neighborhood

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed in Chicago's South Shore neighborhood.

The shooting happened around 6 p.m. Tuesday in the 7300 block of South South Shore Drive.

The boy was shot in the back. He was taken to a hospital where he died.

There have been no arrests in the case.
