Chicago Skyway maintenance workers will strike Tuesday morning

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Maintenance workers for the Chicago Skyway are preparing to go on strike on Tuesday morning.

The workers' contract expired in November 2015 and a new agreement has not been reached.

The 11 maintenance workers are responsible for clearing debris from the roadway and responding to accidents. They will begin picketing at 7 a.m.
