CTA bus windows shot out in Humboldt Park near Kedzie, North

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Several windows were shot out of a CTA bus Tuesday afternoon in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on Chicago's West Side.

CTA officials said shots hit an eastbound North Avenue No. 72 bus near Kedzie and North Avenue around 1 p.m. Police believe the shots were fired by a pellet gun. No one was injured.

The bus was taken out of service. No one is in custody.
