Man injured in shooting on Eisenhower Expressway

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Traffic is once again flowing in all directions on the Eisenhower Expressway following an overnight shooting that injured one man.

Police say someone allegedly fired a gun at a vehicle traveling westbound near Laramie Avenue around 12:40 a.m. Sunday that struck a male passenger. He is expected to recover.

Police are continuing to investigate.
