Man stabbed on CTA bus near 79th, State

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man was stabbed on a CTA bus around 7:30 Wednesday night in the 7900-block of South State Street.

Police said two people got into an altercation and it ended with a man being stabbed in the nose and mouth. He's expected to be OK.

There's no word yet if a suspect is in custody.
