McCracken Middle School closed Thursday after threats

SKOKIE, Ill. (WLS) -- Anonymous threats posted on social media will keep a middle school in north suburban Skokie closed for a second day.

The threats posted on Instagram involve several sixth graders at McCracken Middle School.

Skokie police have not released any specific information about the threats, but say they are investigating with cooperation from federal authorities.
