Police pursuit in NW Ind. leaves traffic mess

CROWN POINT, Ind. (WLS) -- A police pursuit followed a carjacking through Porter and Lake County in northwest Indiana Friday afternoon, leaving a traffic mess for the evening commute.

The chase ended at Interstate 65 and 109th Avenue near Crown Point, where the suspect was arrested.

Traffic is down to one southbound lane while the investigation continues.
