Report: Man charged with robbing woman, sexually assaulting her in 2nd attack

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago man is charged with robbing and sexually assaulting the same victim in two separate attacks.

According to the Chicago Tribune, police say 25-year-old Wuilzon Cruz punched and robbed a woman as her rode her bike home Thursday night.

It happened near Fullerton and North Leclaire in the Belmont Craigin neighborhood.

A few hours later Cruz reportedly ran into the victim in the same area again and raped her.
