Officials say a school bus hit a horse in Doylestown, Pennsylvania Thursday morning.

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. -- Officials say a school bus hit a horse in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Thursday morning.

The accident happened around 7:00 a.m. on the 4300 block of Cold Spring Creamery Road.

Police say the bus driver suffered minor injuries.

Two children were shaken up and taken to the hospital for an injury check.

The horse was killed.

It's unclear where the horse came from, but there are plenty of farms in the area.

The bus was a Bucks County transportation bus/van.

Motorists should expect delays in the area.
