Video shows California police punching unarmed woman

A mother of three says she was badly beaten by a California police officer in an incident that was captured in a graphic video.

The video shows two officers holding down Cindy Hahn. Then one of the officers strikes her in the face several times.

The incident happened in 2013, and Hahn's attorney claims the officers lied in the police report.

"The only thing they got right in this, in the documents they filed in court, was the spelling of her name," said Mark Geragos, her attorney.

The police department says they're ready to defend themselves in court, and that there's more to the video that hasn't been seen.
