CHICAGO (WLS) -- There are fears that rail cars carrying highly explosive Bakken crude oil could explode in the Chicago area.

A candlelight vigil organized by environmental groups was held in the Pilsen neighborhood to highlight the potential dangers.

It was just over a year ago that a runaway oil train derailed and exploded in Canada, killing 47 people.
