Barbara Chuba, 60, missing from Jefferson Park for more than a week

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police are asking for the public's help locating Barbara Chuba, 60, who has been missing from Chicago's Jefferson Park neighborhood since Oct. 15.

Barbara Chuba, of the 4700-block of North Linder Avenue, was reported missing after she did not show up for work for several days. Attempts to contact her over the phone and at home have failed.

Police said she has no family in the Chicago area and is suffering from health issues that may cause her to experience depression.

Chuba has gray hair, brown eyes and a fair complexion. She stands about 5'8" tall and weighs around 115 lbs.

She works in the medical field and may be carrying a purple nurse bag and wearing medical scrubs. She may also be driving a 2012 burgundy Chevrolet SUV with license plate No. R807322.
