Klipspringer calf named 'Asha' at Lincoln Park Zoo

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The people have spoken: a name for Lincoln Park Zoo's first baby of spring has been selected.

The female klipspringer calf will be called Asha. The name means "hope" in Swahili.

It picked up 32 percent of online votes among five options.

Klipspringers are small antelopes native to central and eastern Africa.

Asha is doing well, but not ready to be seen by the public just yet.
