County Clerk David Orr endorses Jesus 'Chuy' Garcia for mayor

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Cook Country Clerk David Orr announced that he is endorsing Jesus "Chuy" Garcia to replace Rahm Emanuel for mayor.

Garcia and his supporters joined Orr outside City Hall Sunday.

Orr, who served briefly as mayor after the death of Harold Washington back in 1987, said the city needs a mayor who understands and works for all people of Chicago.
