CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two candidates running for mayor against Rahm Emanuel got out on the campaign trail Sunday.

Second Ward Alderman Bob Fioretti addressed the congregation at One True Vine Missionary Baptist in the 5900-block of West Division. It was one of three appearances Fioretti made at Chicago churches.

Cook County Commissioner Jesus Garcia attended a rally in the West Loop. He announced to hundreds of supporters that he had collected more than 60,000 petition signatures from communities across the city, more than the required 12,500 minimum required to get on the ballot by Monday's deadline.
