CHICAGO (WLS) -- Officially, Election Day is Nov. 4. But here in Illinois, voters can begin casting their ballots on Monday, Oct. 20, when early voting starts.
There are changes this year, including extending early voting by one day - what's called grace period registration - and even Election Day registration.
