Make My Day - Alexis Hernandez
We found another young lady for our 'Make My Day' segments - we have found a courageous 11 year old who fits the bill. Alexis Hernandez has a condition called Alopecia. It's an auto immune disease which makes the hair fall out. Alexis has been spreading the word about the condition and being an Alopecia Warrior, in hopes of letting people know that if they have it - they are not alone. Even though she's extremely open about her condition, there are times she would like to be like everyone else - and have hair, so Amy Gibson of Created Hair, Inc. is coming to the rescue and giving Alexis a new look with a custom wig!
