Chicago Blackhawks wish Cubs luck in playoffs via Twitter

The Chicago Blackhawks took to social media to show their support for the Chicago Cubs as they enter the MLB postseason.

The team wished the Cubs good luck by tweeting a group photo with the Cubs' "W" flag. Some of the players also sported Cubs hats in the photo.

The Cubs tweeted a response that includes a GIF of Anthony Rizzo celebrating -- likely an accurate representation of the emotions of Chicago fans ahead of the Cubs' playoff appearance.

Chicago Bulls players are also excited for the Cubbies. Jimmy Butler and Dwyane Wade shared that theyare pulling for the Cubs to go all the way.

Chicago will host the San Francisco Giants for the first game of the NLDS on Friday at9 p.m.ET.
