How cold is it? Downright freezing. But that's not cold enough to set Chicago weather records - yet.

The record low for November 18 was set in 1880 with 8-degrees. As of this morning, Chicago's low was 9-degrees at O'Hare International Airport.

The record high of 22 degrees for November 18 was set in 1903. There's a chance we won't hit that, ABC7 Meteorologist Tracy Butler said. Tuesday's predicted high is only 20 degrees.

With the wind chill, it feels more like -1 at O'Hare and 3 degrees at Midway Airport.

Temps will not be as brutal Wednesday, however, we will probably see some light snow during the morning commute, Butler said.
