Police: Man tried to lure boy into SUV in Elmhurst

ELMHURST, Ill. (WLS) -- Police are searching for a man who they say tried to lure a boy into his vehicle in west suburban Elmhurst.

Investigators released a sketch of the person they're looking for. They say he approached an 11-year-old boy riding his bike Sunday near Fremont and Ridgeland.

Police said he pulled up to the child and told him to get in his vehicle four times, but the boy kept going.

The man may be driving a vehicle that's similar to a 1992 to 2000 model-year Chevy Tahoe.
