High waves close lanes on Lake Shore Drive

High waves from Lake Michigan led to lane closures along Chicago's Lake Shore Drive from North Avenue to Division Street.
Cars are moving slowly through the area from 1200 to 1500 North Lake Shore Drive.
Cars are traveling in single-file as waves crashed around the three lanes closest to the water.
Flooding seen while driving northbound along Lake Shore Drive.
The lakefront path is also closed.
Emergency crews and IDOT trucks are blocking lanes to traffic.
Drivers are proceeding carefully through the high waters.
