Teen charged in Sauganash Trail assault

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A teenager has been charged in connection with reports of a naked man grabbing women near a Northwest Side forest preserve trail.

The 17-year-old male suspect was identified as the offender who slapped a 50-year-old woman's buttocks on the morning of Oct. 1 near the Sauganash Trail on the 4300 block of W. Peterson Ave.

The juvenile was arrested on Friday morning and has been charged with one felony count of criminal sexual abuse/force, but has not yet been linked to other similar attacks.
