PHOTOS: TripAdvisor names best US ice cream shops

TripAdvisor.com has named the top 10 ice cream shops in the United States.

The travel website said the shops were chosen according to the TripAdvisor Popularity Index, which takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews from their community of millions of travelers.

An ice cream shop in our area was voted one of the best in the country!
