CHICAGO (WLS) -- Charges have been filed Tuesday night in a shooting involving Illinois State Police in Chicago's Chinatown neighborhood over the weekend.

A trooper opened fire on a stolen car Saturday when officers said it tried to run them over. One of the four people in the car, a 15-year-old boy, was wounded.

He is now out of the hospital and charged with aggravated assault to a police officer, aggravated fleeing and eluding a police officer, and aggravated criminal possession of a motor vehicle. He is currently being held at the Cook County Juvenile Detention Facility.

The three other suspects were released from police custody Tuesday. Charges against them remain under review, police said.
