Man, 22, killed in Cicero shooting

CICERO, Ill. (WLS) -- A 22-year-old Cicero man was shot and killed early Sunday morning, according to a spokesman for the Town of Cicero.

Witnesses said the victim, identified as Julio Servin of Cicero, was walking down the street with friends near 23rd Street and Central Avenue, where he was confronted by the shooter, the spokesman said.

Cicero police and the West Suburban Major Crimes Task Force are investigating the shooting.
